Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled M365 Architect. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing sensitivity labelling, setting up retention policies, and configuring Microsoft Teams, Intune, and OneDrive. This role is crucial for ensuring our customers Office 365 solutions meet security, compliance, and operational efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement M365 including Office Apps, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange and Intune.
  • Develop and manage sensitivity labelling strategies to protect sensitive information across M365 applications.
  • Establish, configure, and manage retention policies in accordance with compliance requirements.
  • Regularly assess and update retention policies to align with evolving regulatory standards and organizational needs.
  • Deploy and optimize Microsoft Teams for enhanced collaboration across teams.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for Teams usage and OneDrive integration.
  • Configure Microsoft Intune for secure mobile device and application management.
  • Ensure secure access to M365 applications while maintaining user productivity.
  • Collaborate with security teams to enforce robust security practices.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate M365 solutions with existing systems and workflows.
  • Manage OneDrive configurations to support seamless file sharing and storage.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing technical support and training to users and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and operational guidelines.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on sensitivity labeling, retention policies, Teams, Intune, and OneDrive.
  • Monitor and analyse system performance, user engagement, and compliance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of extensive experience in architecting and implementing Office 365.
  • 1+ years of experience working with M365.
  • Proven expertise in implementing sensitivity labelling and retention policies.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Intune configuration and management.
  • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks relevant to the energy sector.
  • Experience with data loss prevention (DLP) strategies and their implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and project management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good to have relevant Microsoft certifications.
