Physical Security Analyst
Summary
This Security analyst will monitor, assess, and respond to cyber threats and incidents affecting the organization's network and systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement security solutions and policies to enhance the security posture and resilience of the organization.
• Assist in the development and implementation of physical security policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
• Monitor and analyze security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
• Collaborate with the Security Manager to investigate security incidents and breaches, document findings and provide recommendations.
• Participate in the design and execution of physical security training programs for staff.
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, access logs, and equipment maintenance.
• Support emergency response planning and conduct drills to ensure readiness.
• Assist with vendor management including coordinating with external security service providers.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging security technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor s Degree in Information Security or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of physical security concepts, practices, and technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently as well as on a team.

Preferred

• Prior experience in a security-related role.
