Job Description:

The Senior Program Analyst for Change Management will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of critical data management tools across Client. This role requires a strong understanding of change management principles, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Change Management Framework: Design and implement a comprehensive change management framework to guide the adoption of new data management tools.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure their buy-in.
  • Communication Planning: Develop and execute effective communication plans, including training materials and presentations, to inform and educate end-users.
  • Training and Enablement: Create and deliver comprehensive training programs to empower end-users to utilize the new tools effectively.
  • Resistance Management: Identify and address resistance to change, developing strategies to overcome obstacles.
  • Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and report on the success of change initiatives.
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to Client leadership in managing change.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Certification in change management (Prosci or similar).
  • Experience with data management tools (IBM Knowledge Catalog, Data Stage, Snowflake, Collibra, Safe FME, ArcGIS Enterprise).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
