Pay Range: $110,000 - $150,000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reporting progress, planning, resource staffing, hiring, addressing performance concerns, ensuring processes are being followed
  • Manages the day-to-day activities of the team
  • Manage testing risks and issues, develop contingency plan, escalate to leadership as appropriate for Client's scope of work
  • Review progress and provide status to project leadership for scope of work
  • Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
  • Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key skills; QA, Performance Testing, project management
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of QA experience (End-to-End, UAT, SIT, Performance Testing, Release Management)
  • 7+ years of project management experience
  • Ability to lead and manage resources across different testing disciplines
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Role is remote
  • Previous experience in the Healthcare industry.
  • Analytical/ Decision Making Responsibilities
  • Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
  • Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
  • Excellent Written and Communication Skills
  • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
