Job Description:
Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager / Architect with a strong background in telecommunications to lead complex projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of telecom technologies and project management methodologies, driving project success while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

    • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to scope and deliverables.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Technical Architecture:

    • Design and implement scalable telecom solutions that meet business needs and industry standards.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to assess and integrate new technologies into existing systems.
    • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to inform project decisions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:

    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to facilitate collaboration and alignment.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Establish and enforce project governance and quality assurance processes.
    • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong knowledge of telecom technologies (e.g., VoIP, LTE, 5G, IP networks).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar is a plus.
