RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking an experienced Change Manager to develop and implement change management plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure seamless adoption of new technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute change management strategies for global initiatives
* Apply change management principles to support digital transformation
* Create training plans, materials, and communication strategies
* Communicate status to stakeholders and adapt plans as needed
* Make informed decisions within company policies
Special Focus:
* Implement a comprehensive communications review and approval process
* Enhance speed and scale of communications through a work-back process
* Automate communications approval flows and train new teams
Who You'll Work With:
* Global Technology teams, including business operations, program teams, project managers, product managers, and scrum leads
* Strategic partners, including senior leaders and stakeholders
* Train domain teams on communication processes and automate communication flows
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong change management expertise with global transformation experience
* Excellent communication, editing, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work with various levels of stakeholders and teams
* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
