Primary Responsibility: Assist the business manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth rhythm of the business and timely delivery of tasks.

  • Create presentations and templates to support various initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of our Awards program, ensuring smooth execution
  • Assist in managing and executing ad-hoc special projects, contributing to their successful completion.
  • Serve as the primary contact for our SharePoint site: upload content, edit web parts, and ensure pages are current and accessible.
  • Maintain and update ROB documents promptly to reflect any changes.
  • Regularly update the action tracker and assist with follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Research and develop creative team-building and icebreaker ideas for team offsites.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining Teams Channels and managing approvals.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Intermediate knowledge of editing SharePoint sites.

Experience:

  • 5 8 years in a project coordinator or business ops coordinator or role
  • Preferred but not mandatory: Prior experience with Microsoft
