Business Analyst - Healthcare/EIM

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on our accounting software applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating current business processes, identifying improvements, and ensuring a seamless experience for internal users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between internal users and the IT team, effectively communicating user needs and technical limitations.
• Act as a skilled liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders to extract, gather, analyze, document,

• communicate, and validate requirements to bridge the gap between technical feasibility and business objectives.
• Gather and document requirements for system enhancements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Lead user requirement gathering and responding promptly to user requests.
• Develop and maintain clear and concise business requirement documents.
• Analyze and improve business processes through technology solutions, aiming to reduce manual tasks and enhance user
• Participate in the design, testing, and implementation of software updates and new features.
• Ensure quality, reliability, and completeness of the services deployed through thorough testing.
• Provide ad hoc and project-based reporting, queries, and analysis as required.
• Balance multiple initiatives and projects, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting implementation deadlines.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, suggesting improvements for business operations.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills. Convey complex product details effortlessly to diverse audiences,
• fostering clarity and understanding.

• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in accounting or financial software or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on providing practical business solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical issues to a non-technical audience.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
