Job summary:
As the Engagement Principal - GenAI, you will lead the development of Gen AI-driven solutions from end-to-end, engaging directly with CXO-level stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable strategies. You will architect transformative solutions that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and foster innovation, utilizing your expertise in Generative AI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Requirement Gathering
    Engage with clients to identify, analyze, and document business requirements. Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to understand pain points, business goals, and technical needs.
  • CXO-Level Engagement
    Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and senior leadership. Present strategic insights, Gen AI roadmaps, and business cases aligned with clients' overarching goals. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solution Development & Implementation
    Oversee the complete lifecycle of GenAI projects from ideation through deployment. Design and implement Gen AI-powered solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with industry standards.
  • Thought Leadership & Strategy
    Stay at the forefront of advancements in Generative AI and its applications. Drive innovation by proposing new Gen AI initiatives and identifying opportunities for improvement. Represent HCLTech at industry events and thought leadership forums.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other teams to ensure integrated solutions. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.


Qualifications:
Experience

  • 10-15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or data-driven transformation roles.
  • Proven experience leading discussions with CXO-level stakeholders and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Track record of delivering successful AI solutions with measurable business impact.

Technical Expertise

  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, frameworks, and applications.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, platforms, and data processing methods.
  • Experience with large-scale data analysis, predictive modeling, and process optimization.


Key skills: Generative AI expertise, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), AI/ML concepts, programming (C++, Java, JavaScript, HTML, C#, Python, Node.js), object-oriented programming, data processing (NVIDIA technologies, predictive modeling), debugging and analytical skills, source code maintenance, client-focused communication, and a proactive, adaptable attitude.
