Project Manager, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Programs
Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled PM to provide project management support for our Diversity, Business Partner (DBP) team driving DEI initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented and have experience in DEI program management, project management, process improvement, and excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Operations
- Support project management for DBP workstreams
- Track and update org inventory, business engagement, and insights reporting
- Proactive information distribution and real-time problem-solving
- Process Improvement
- Identify and drive process improvement projects
- Develop best practice presentation templates, DBP toolkits, and resources
- Data Management
- Analyze DEI program participation data
- Produce reports on internal and external DEI trends
- Tracking and Communication
- Ensure consistent DEI updates to clients, XFN partners, and Business Resource Groups (BRGs)
- Track amplification of DEI programs (e.g., Mentorship, Sponsorship)
- Principled Decision-Making
- Demonstrate knowledge of and adhere to company and DEI policies
Project Management Responsibilities:
- Develop and operationalize DBP project plans
- Serve as a point of contact for assigned projects
- Communicate meeting notes, milestones, and changes
- Document team meeting notes and track action items
- Organize team resources and documents
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of project/program management experience in program management, project management, or a related field, driving complex projects against KPIs to completion and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Able to effectively scope work, work independently and demonstrate good judgment.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Google Suite, project management tools, and data analysis softwar
- Fluency with data analysis tools (e.g., Unidash, Tableau, Excel)
- Experience in DEI or Business Partnering teams
- Cross-functional experience interacting with all organizational levels
- Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity
- DEI program management or understanding of DEI strategies
- Demonstrated skills in program management for complex projects with multiple stakeholders (i.e., in HR/Talent/DEI)
