  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end testing of data migration workflows, data mappings, and data transformations to validate data accuracy, integrity, and completeness.
  • Perform data reconciliation and verification using SQL queries, data comparison tools, and reconciliation reports to ensure consistency between source and target data.
  • Design test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
  • Leverage extensive experience in migration to lead the development and execution of test strategies and plans for migrating legacy systems to Workday.
  • Conduct ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) testing to validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Manage test environments, data sets, and configurations to support testing activities across multiple Workday modules and environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of data migration concepts, data mapping, and data transformation strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing enterprise applications, preferably Workday modules.
  • Understanding HR and HCM concepts, business processes, and regulations (HCM Fundamentals, Prism, People Analytics, reports etc) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ETL testing methodologies and tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend) and API testing tools and techniques.
  • Developing and implementing data quality automation solutions, leveraging Python language, to enhance and streamline data quality assurance processes is considered as a plus.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills can collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Relevant certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) and Workday (e.g., Workday Pro, Workday HCM Fundamentals, Prism, People Analytics and reports).
