Role: ServiceNow CSM/FSM Consultants

Required Technical Skill Set ServiceNow- SSM and FSM Implementation experience

Desired Experience Range : 10+ Years

Location: Richmond, VA

Experience in Service Now technical architecture covering:

  • Experienced in CSM/FSM implementation.
  • Experienced in assessing Service management landscape including existing ServiceNow implementations, offering recommendations & improvements.
  • Experienced in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Client side / Server-side scripts, UI policy, Data policy, Business rule, script include, Script action, UI action.
  • Flow designer and decision table.
  • Workflows, Rest and Soap based integration.
  • Transform map, Import set and Data sources.
  • Proven cross technology experience connecting ServiceNow to overall IT landscape.
  • 12+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years' experience in ServiceNow/Enterprise architecture.
  • Certification high preferred (CSA, CMA) Behavioral competency
  • Effective communication skills with both non-technical and technical audiences (verbal and written)
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills to work with the project team members collaboratively
  • Participate and provide feedback during planning meetings (i.e., pre-iteration, and retrospectives)

Good-to-Have

  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification
  • ITIL V3/V4 foundation certification
  • Java developer certification
