Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automation solutions using Workday tools and features, including Workday Studio, Workday EIB, and Workday Calculated Fields.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for automation initiatives.
- Implement best practices for Workday integrations and automation processes.
- Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members and stakeholders on automation strategies and implementation.
- Conduct testing and validation of automation solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Stay current with Workday updates, new features, and industry trends to continually improve automation practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with Workday, with a focus on automation and integrations.
- Strong understanding of Workday functionality and architecture, including Workday HCM and Financials.
- Proficiency in Workday tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, and Report Writer.
- Experience with API integrations and data management within Workday.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Workday certification (e.g., Workday HCM, Workday Financials) is a plus.
