  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • We're looking for a candidate with previous experience in hoteling, cruising, airlines, etc.
  • Good experience with any hospitality products like Oracle-Opera, Amadeus, Travel box, HotSOS & Travelport would be great plus.
  • Hardware and Software Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hospitality software systems such as PMS, CRM, booking platforms, and revenue management systems during and post project implementation.
  • PMS (Property Management System),
  • CRS (Central Reservation System),
  • Ops (Operations Management System) & Facilities Management Systems.
  • 8+ years equivalent work experience. Experience preferred in project management, business analysis, or system design. Conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques required. Good presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills required.
  • Candidate should have good experience BA with Hotel PMS, CRS, POS systems
  • Very highly developed written and verbal communication skills (including the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience)
  • Business Analyst proven success collaborating directly with internal customers to understand their needs and translate them into a working solution
  • Adaptability a fast learner with a willingness to build solutions using tools to which you may have had little previous exposure
  • Empathy the innate ability to understand the challenges faced by our customers, and the drive to resolve them
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high quality technical documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability of strong customer relationship skills, problem resolution and improved efficiencies and productivity.
  • Experience with large scale enterprise system development and integration.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Framework a plus"
