TITLE: Desktop Service Desk Support Technician
CLIENT: Manufacturing
LOCATION: Texas
TYPE: Contract-to-Hire with intent to go Permanent
SALARY or RATE: DOE
URGENCY: ASAP
SUMMARY:
We are seeking entry-level Desktop/Service Desk Support professionals to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting service desk-related issues, including password resets, general Office 365 applications, desktop support, and printer support. This role offers opportunities for vertical growth within the organization.
DUTIES:
Provide first-level support for desktop and service desk issues
Assist users with password resets and account access
Support general Office 365 applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and printer issues
Document and track service requests in the ticketing system
Collaborate with team members to improve support processes
REQUIREMENTS:
Basic understanding of desktop support and service desk operations
Familiarity with Office 365 applications
Experience with Epicor Eclipse is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
EDUCATION:
Bachelor s Degree preferred
Location Requirement:
Candidates must be located in Houston, DFW, or Austin. In office work Mon-Friday.
