  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking Epic HIM Application Coordinators to support the rapid implementation and post-live stabilization of the Epic (HealthLink) Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system at Regional Medical Center (RMC), which is currently being integrated into our healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities:
The Epic HIM Application Coordinator will work closely with operational leadership at both RMC and county levels to perform discovery, scoping, and system build based on current workflows and best practices. The coordinator will partner with county staff to:
  • Identify and document business and technical requirements for workflows.
  • Define, document, and execute system builds for new or revised workflows.
  • Develop and maintain integration workflows with third-party applications.
  • Test workflow configurations to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance.
  • Assess and resolve post-go-live issues to stabilize the project.
  • Provide guidance on workflow optimization and build efficiency for future project phases.
