Responsible for Identity & Access Management (IAM) technical architectures for Indigo Consulting clients. The IAM Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and managing the architecture and implementation of IAM projects and programs from multiple vendor platforms. e.g. Forgerock, SailPoint, PingIdentity, OKTA. In addition, act as the lead on Sailpoint product and engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Your role includes the following key responsibilities;

Client Focus

  • Build and nurture positive relationships with our clients, with the intention to exceed customer satisfaction.
  • Advise clients on appropriate technologies to use based on business requirements.
  • Distil advanced IAM and core IAM technology concepts down to principles that can be understood and applied by all audiences.
  • Collaborate in identifying, qualifying and assessing new and existing client relationships and opportunities.

Vendor Leadership

  • Act as a Vendort lead and SME on major engagements
  • Manage project team to meet quality standards, business requirements and timeline
  • Answer jointly with IAM Manager RFP related to Sailpoint
  • Support sales team in pre-sales calls and activities
  • Provide support and coaching on Sailpoint technology to the entire team.
  • Facilitate training sessions with the team on new Sailpoint technologies and products
  • Attend conferences and transfer knowledge to team
  • Attend latest Sailpoint training offer by Sailpoint University

Project Management

  • Manage project scope, schedule, status and documentation.
  • Develop a structured approach to project management to ensure complete client satisfaction and project profitability.
  • Contribute to the growth by improving project profitability.
  • Help drive project planning to ensure accurate and realistic estimates are provided to customer.

Architect, Design, and Implement

  • Architect, design and develop IAM solutions per client business requirements.
  • Conduct workshops to collect functional and non-functional requirements. Work with business process owners and subject-matter experts to elicit requirements for new IAM solutions.
  • Responsible for activities related to the administration of Information Technology (IT) applications for Identity and Access Management (IAM) services at Indigo Consulting.
  • Document and evaluate alternative development approaches, technologies and techniques.
  • Design and implements solutions using the required combination of coding, scripting, configuration and platform customization.
  • Work on the planning & execution of software development lifecycle processes (requirements, development, deployment, testing, debugging, maintenance, etc.) in use within the organization.
  • Propose recommendations & changes to help the client to align their development and lifecycle processes with industry best practices
  • Collaborate with developers, users, and outside stakeholders to build solutions in a team environment.
  • Define and architect monitoring solutions for IAM systems performance and reliability.
  • Create System Architecture documents describing current state, intermediary phases as well as the end state of the solution.
  • Understand complex business and information technology management processes
  • Use technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services.
  • Work with our technology partners to understand their solution offerings.
  • Remain current on IAM market related trends, tools, and methodologies.
  • Identify and supervise deployment of application enhancements, updates, and upgrades that will improve the reliability, performance and capabilities of the application.
  • Responsible for appropriate collection and analysis of technical requirements based on client IAM use cases and expectations.
  • Work closely with project service and or engagement manager to identify key IAM technical requirements. Prioritize and catalog requirements. Assign them to project use cases, sprints and milestones.
  • Conduct in depth technical IAM research, needs assessments and performance analysis to support and design technical IAM strategies for client's objectives.
