  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Client is a small global dynamic construction company committed to delivering excellence in federal projects worldwide. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative environment and are looking for a talented Project Estimator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates to support competitive bidding for federal construction projects.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors and suppliers

Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates

Identify and provide new and alternative resources to optimize project costs and efficiency.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in bid estimating, preferably for federal construction projects.

Proven experience in bid estimating, preferably for federal construction projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Willingness to travel as required (mostly site visit)
