Sparks Group in partnership with a financial services company is seeking an Incident Management Analyst. As the Incident Management Analyst, you will be responsible for overall coordination of the incident management process from coordinating the investigation to root cause and following up for resolution. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate incident management tools, processes, and interfaces with other service management processes.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents and problems.
- Maintain and improve incident/problem management processes and procedures.
- Prepare reports and metrics related to incident/problem management.
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- 2+ Years experience designing and executing incident/problem management processes.
- 2+ Years experience with an IT Service Management ticketing system.
- 1+ Years Service Now Experience preferred
- 2+ Years of NOC Experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with strong time management skills
