We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an EMR Implementation Manager in Martinez, California. This role is primarily within the 3rd party systems where you will be crucial in implementing various systems such as cost accounting, credential software, and LMS. Your main duties will include understanding the needs of the business, working with customers on system selection, and providing support post-implementation.
Responsibilities:
Understand the business needs related to financial and credentialing systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to collect system requirements
Manage vendors and oversee the implementation of new 3rd party systems
Train users on new systems and provide tier 2-3 support post-implementation
Support the go-live process of new systems and manage any enhancements thereafter
Manage the consolidation of multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Configure workflows to optimize the use of new systems
Use your knowledge of Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) and Cloud Technologies to improve processes
Utilize your skills in CRM and Epicor ERP to enhance business intelligence
Implement changes as necessary and document business requirements.
Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the field of EMR Implementation Management.Proficient in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP).
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Cloud Technologies.
Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is required.
Must have prior experience with Epicor and Epicor ERP systems.
Proficiency in AB Testing is essential.
Demonstrated experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and applications.
Must have a solid understanding of Business Process Functions.
Experience in writing Business Requirement Documents is necessary.
Must have experience in Change Management processes and strategies.
