IT Infrastructure Operations Manager

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Infrastructure Operations Manager based in the Greater Cleveland area. Our industry involves the manufacturing businesses, and as part of our team, your role will be pivotal in overseeing IT infrastructure, network, and operations. You will be working closely with key stakeholders and other IT leaders to develop strategies that support the company's technological transformation.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the management and coordination of all IT infrastructure, network, and operations.

Develop and implement forward-thinking IT Infrastructure and Network Strategy.

Collaborate with the CIO, Key Business Stakeholders, and other IT leaders to support the company's technological transformation.

Monitor and optimize the value, cost, and risk of infrastructure and cloud solutions.

Handle all activities related to customer credit applications.

Maintain accurate customer credit records.

Utilize skills in Cisco Routers, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, Firewall Technologies, Active Directory, Backup Technologies, Computer Hardware, VMware Technologies, VMware Infrastructure, VMware, Microsoft Entra ID, Networking.

The candidate must have at least seven years of experience in an IT Infrastructure Operations Manager role or a similar position.

Demonstrable skills in managing and configuring Cisco Routers are required.

Experience in working with Cisco Technologies is a must.

The candidate should be familiar with Cloud Technologies and their applications in business settings.

Firewall Technologies expertise is essential for the role.

The candidate should be capable of managing Active Directory services.

Extensive knowledge of VMware Technologies, VMware Infrastructure, and VMware is required.

The candidate should possess a Microsoft Entra ID.

A strong background in Networking is needed.

The candidate should be familiar with LAN - Local Area Network and its applications.
