  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Description

We are a leading pharmaceutical company in need of an experienced Information Technology Leader to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing our organization's IT infrastructure and systems. This includes implementing and maintaining technological solutions, managing our network and security systems, and providing technical support to our employees.

In this role, you will work closely with various departments within our organization to understand their technology needs and ensure that our IT systems are aligned with our business goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in information technology leadership, with a proven track record of implementing and maintaining IT systems in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting. They will be familiar with industry regulations and best practices and have excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, network systems, and security systems.

Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Provide technical support and assistance to employees, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.

Oversee the procurement and installation of new hardware and software systems, ensuring compatibility and functionality.

Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and ensure systems are backed up and recoverable.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in the pharmaceutical industry.

Lead a small team of technology professionals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.

8 to 10 years of experience in IT management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong knowledge of security as well as networking and server technologies.

Strong understanding and technical application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations and regulatory guidance for industry a plus

Excellent understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes for Pharma and/or manufacturing operations
