Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Scrum Leader/Program Manager.

Responsibilities:
- Supporting 1-3 Scrum teams
- Facilitates the successful definition and delivery of projects within the Enterprise Financial Messaging group (EFM)
- Organizes, directs, and coordinates cross-functional activities to focus corporate resources on the successful delivery of the desired results for a defined corporate program using quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning
- Measures and monitors program actual, forecasts, budget, and updates plans with accurate, up-to-date information in a timely manner
Experience Requirements:
- Financial services industry preferred
