  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Leading Financial Services located in New York, New York, looking for an Application Support Specialist.

Description

*Provide level 1 and level 2 support for end-users and IT.
*Integrate corporate and capital markets applications to the environment.
*Efficient support on trading applications.
*Coordinate with local and head office development teams to release applications in appropriate environments.
*Develop and maintain tools to enhance the end-user service level and facilitate support tasks.
*Write and update information system documentation and procedures.
*Familiar with ITIL Change/Incident/Problem management and process. Update and maintain IT incidents and production changes (eg. in ServiceNow)
*Participate in off hours support rotation and weekend key released or Disaster Recovery tests as needed
*Familiar with DevOps or DevSecOps program facilitating Continuous Integration Continuous Development (CI/CD) integrating Security scanning and remediation

Profile


  • Strong application support

  • Be able to provide L1 and L2 Support to users

  • Be familiar with problem management & change management

  • ITIL and ServiceNow

  • Familiar with CI/CD

  • Control M (or have used a similar job scheduling product)

  • Scripting experience on Unix or Linux environment - ideally Perl
