Position Overview
As the Demand Generation Director at eSkill, you will play a pivotal role in driving qualified leads for our sales team and building a robust sales pipeline that increases quarter over quarter. You will leverage your expertise in paid marketing channels, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and sales technologies to create and execute effective omnichannel demand-generation campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive demand-generation strategies to drive qualified leads and increase sales pipeline.
- Utilize Google Ads and other paid marketing channels to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
- Execute ABM strategies to engage targeted accounts and nurture relationships through personalized marketing efforts.
- Utilize Salesforce to track and analyze lead data, campaign performance, and sales outcomes.
- Implement website demand generation capture tools such as Warmly and Common Room to optimize lead collection and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure a seamless lead handoff process.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation, digital marketing, and sales enablement.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, with a strong focus on omnichannel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and experience with other paid marketing channels.
- Demonstrated success in implementing ABM strategies and working with sales teams to drive revenue.
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with website demand generation tools like Warmly and Common Room.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally.
