Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update program documentation, monitor certification results, and oversee annual audits.
- Conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, support product team initiatives, and assist with bank test certifications and documentation.
- Participate in automation efforts, generate key performance indicators, and produce regular reports.
- Work closely with implementation, production support, and product teams to address client requests and ensure smooth operations
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in business or an information technology-related field
- 3+ years financial industry experience including payments experience documenting operational processes and product requirements and specifications.
- Strong understanding in Agile methodologies
- Experience with Jira
- Proficiency in MS Office
