Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group in partnership with a financial services company is seeking an Operational Readiness Coordinator. As the Operational Readiness Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting various teams with new service introductions, reporting and auditing reports, ensuring certification scripts, testing documentation and program checklists are completed and annual reviews are conducted. You will work with various levels of employees within multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of related experience documenting operational processes and requirements, a strong understanding in Agile methodologies and Jira. Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update program documentation, monitor certification results, and oversee annual audits.
  • Conduct training sessions for internal and external stakeholders, support product team initiatives, and assist with bank test certifications and documentation.
  • Participate in automation efforts, generate key performance indicators, and produce regular reports.
  • Work closely with implementation, production support, and product teams to address client requests and ensure smooth operations

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or an information technology-related field
  • 3+ years financial industry experience including payments experience documenting operational processes and product requirements and specifications.
  • Strong understanding in Agile methodologies
  • Experience with Jira
  • Proficiency in MS Office
