We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented CRM Manager to drive the development and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics platform. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business functions and the IT team, ensuring that our CRM system effectively meets the needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will be adept at gathering and translating business requirements into actionable insights for the IT team, with a strong understanding of data flow and integration between systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Work closely with various business functions (e.g., sales, marketing, customer service) to identify CRM needs, gather requirements, and ensure that the Microsoft Dynamics platform supports business growth objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on CRM goals and deliverables.
  • Requirements Gathering: Lead the process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for the IT team.
  • Data Flow Management: Develop a deep understanding of the data flow across systems and databases, ensuring that data integration within the CRM system is seamless and supports business processes effectively.
  • Data Analysis: Work with data teams to understand and analyze CRM data, providing insights to inform business decisions and improve customer engagement strategies.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee CRM projects from a business perspective, ensuring they align with strategic goals and are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration between business units and IT, ensuring that the CRM system evolves to meet changing business needs while maintaining data integrity and consistency.
  • Training and Support: Support business users by ensuring they are well-trained on the CRM system and understand how to leverage it to achieve their objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system enhancements, process improvements, and the adoption of new technologies to drive business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master s degree preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a CRM-related role or Data Analytics Application project management, with a strong focus on business development and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Business Acumen: Proven ability to understand business processes, identify needs, and develop solutions that drive business growth.
  • Data Proficiency: Strong understanding of data flow, integration between systems, and the ability to analyze and leverage data for business insights.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing cross-functional projects, particularly those involving CRM implementation or enhancement.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, particularly in understanding and managing data connections between systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
  • ERP Knowledge: Hands on experience with ERP system (JDE preferred).
  • Certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications and experience with data management tools is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 to $135,000 + STIP + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
