Job Title: ERP Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented ERP Support Specialist with hands-on experience with an ERP system, preferably Infor M3 and Birst.

Reports to: Head of Business Systems

Location: This role is 5 days a week at our NYC Headquarters

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support for ERP users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in system configurations, upgrades, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct training sessions for new users and provide ongoing training for existing users.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement new features and enhancements.
  • Analyze and document user requirements and recommend system improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Develop and maintain user guides, documentation, and FAQs.
  • Assist in data migration and validation processes during system updates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP support or a similar role.
  • Understanding of ERP systems (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with system integrations and data management.
  • Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools.
  • Project management experience is a plus.

Salary: Salary range is $65k-$85k
