Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as the lead maintenance contact for a mid-sized multifamily property

  • Lead a team of maintenance techs to quickly resolve work orders

  • Provide a high level of service and support to tenants

Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of building maintenance experience

  • HVAC/EPA Universal Certification

  • Available for a full-time schedule
