  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

CNC Maintenance Technician

A manufacturing company in Milwaukee, WI is looking for an experienced CNC Maintenance Technician to join them on the 1st shift. Don't miss out on this DIRECT HIRE opportunity!

Requirements of the CNC Maintenance Technician

  • 5+ years previous experience of being a well-rounded maintenance mechanic
  • Understanding of plastic injection molding equipment and related process
  • Experience with CNC machines

Responsibilities of the CNC Maintenance Technician

  • Troubleshoot and repair overhead cranes ranging in size from 5 ton to 100 ton
  • Remove, rebuild and reinstall hydraulic pumps and cylinders
  • Navigate CNC controls from FANUC, Heidenhain and Siemens to aide in repair
  • Remove and reinstall CNC machine spindles of various sizes and designs
  • Efficiently diagnose electrical failures in CNC type equipment
  • Move large CNC equipment, level, and anchor per manufactures recommendations

1st shift, 6:00AM - 4:30PM *DIRECT HIRE*

Pay is $30.00 - $40.00 an hour, based on experience
