Lycamobile is seeking a talented Senior Brand & Communications Manager!

Responsibilities:

Brand Management & Development

  • Oversee brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all communications and touchpoints, aligned with Lycamobile's global brand identity and core values.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance brand positioning and awareness within the US market, adapting strategies to resonate with local audiences and trends.
  • Collaborate with the product, customer experience, and other key departments to shape a compelling brand narrative and implement impactful campaigns.

Offline Marketing Leadership

  • Design and execute integrated offline marketing campaigns, including (digital) out-of-home (DOOH), radio, print, and sponsorships to support customer acquisition and brand loyalty.
  • Ensure all offline marketing efforts align with digital channels to create a cohesive multi-channel experience.
  • Manage relationships with media agencies and external partners to optimize spend and achieve campaign objectives.

Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital & social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Direct the creation of engaging content, including text, images, videos, and live content to promote the Lycamobile brand and connect with target demographics.
  • Establish key social media KPIs, monitor performance, and adjust strategies based on analytics to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with our local as well as in-house agency based in India on content creation, visuals and campaign execution

    Public Relations & Communications

  • Partner with the Head of Marketing (tbc depending on final team structure) to create and execute PR campaigns that build brand reputation and credibility within the US market.
  • Craft press releases, media kits, and pitch stories to enhance media presence and foster strong relationships with journalists and media outlets.

Community & Influencer Engagement

  • Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns, identifying and fostering relationships with relevant influencers to amplify the brand message.
  • Oversee community management, ensuring timely and brand-aligned responses to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.

Team Leadership & Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Lead a small team, fostering a collaborative environment that aligns with Lycamobile s goals and drives high performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including Digital Marketing, Customer Service, and Product, to maintain brand consistency and meet overall business objectives.

Market & Trend Insights

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms to drive innovation in branding and social media strategies.
  • Actively seek customer insights and feedback, leveraging data to refine and evolve brand and communication efforts.

Key Deliverables

  • Successful execution of brand campaigns that enhance awareness and engagement within the US market.
  • Growth in social media engagement metrics, including followers, interactions, and brand sentiment.
  • Measurable increase in brand visibility, recall and customer loyalty through PR and offline marketing initiatives.
  • Achievement of campaign KPIs and reporting on ROI to support budget decisions and demonstrate impact.
  • Increase in market revenue share and customer ARPU in the US

Qualifications/Requirements
Education: BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in brand management, communications, and social media, ideally within the telecommunications or consumer mobile industry.
  • Proven track record in building and executing offline and digital campaigns with measurable results.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in social media analytics and tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of content creation tools and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
  • Familiarity with project management and collaborative tools (e.g., Asana, Slack).

  • Strategic Thinking: Skillful at devising and implementing brand strategies that align with business goals.

  • Communication & Creativity: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and think creatively within brand guidelines.

Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the USA. Expected to work 5 days in the office
