JOB SUMMARY: As our Web & Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we visually communicate our mission. You ll work across various mediums, from digital to print, and will need to adapt quickly to different projects. You will be designing each monthly magazine and online content. Twice daily, you will be creating an email marketing newsletter with curated and approved articles thought WordPress. The position includes designing pages for WordPress site, posting online content and more. Versatility, creativity, and attention to detail will be key in this role as well as a strong understanding of audience and readership needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce ongoing magazine, website & email content layouts that drive engagement and conversions using templates and publication norms.
  • Create visually compelling brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials for our transformational workshops and retreats.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to produce content that resonates with our audience of individuals navigating midlife transitions.
  • Assist with content and development on WordPress, ensuring the website is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, based on exiting design.
  • Maintain and evolve our existing style guide, ensuring consistency across all materials.
  • Collaborate on various marketing campaigns, from social media assets to print ads.

What We re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of web & magazine graphic design experience, ideally with a mix of B2B, professional, or business development brands.
  • Experience in designing magazine pages, email newsletters and online articles.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with WordPress design and basic web development (experience with Constant Contact and other email platforms is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and publication design principles.
  • Ability to balance creative aesthetics with performance-driven direct response design.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and creating marketing assets for digital channels.
  • Experience with digital and print ad design.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This is a remote position with the expectation of 20-40 hours per week.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • The team member may occasionally be required to attend in-person office meetings or travel to company events.
  • Minimal face-to-face interaction but heavy use of computer and telephone communication.
