  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking an IT Technician to join our team! Our IT Technicians are critical to the success of our customer support, customer onboarding, cybersecurity and service-assurance functions. Our team ensures that our clients technology is always available, secure and reliable.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
  • Work tickets in real-time, document and close
  • Device configuration, installation, and set up
  • Lead new-Client onboarding, cloud migrations or technology improvement projects
  • Quarterly proactive visits with Clients to provide in-person consults
  • Establish and maintain skills with on-premises, cloud, and endpoint technologies

Qualifications:

  • Two-year degree from an accredited college or technical institution, or relevant professional training and at least 1+ years of practical experience in IT
  • Real experience deploying and troubleshooting desktop and server operating systems, firewalls and network systems, printing, email, DNS, Microsoft 365
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Azure solutions, administration and management.
  • Working experience with IAM, MFA, AD, Entra, Intune, roles and privileges
  • Bonus points: experience with CASB solutions (e.g. Fortinet s) for SaaS.
  • Bonus points: real experience employing MDM and policy-driven tech to ensure compliance on business laptops, tablets and phones (e.g. Microsoft Entra/Intune and/or Jamf Pro)
