About the Role:

Black Fox is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join our team in Washington, DC. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our client's IT infrastructure. This includes troubleshooting system issues, providing technical expertise, and contributing to projects that enhance the efficiency and reliability of our systems. Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for end-users, applications, and infrastructure components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues affecting system performance and availability.
  • Proactively monitor system health, identify potential problems, and implement preventative measures.
  • Collaborate with project teams to provide technical guidance and ensure successful project implementation.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies to improve operational efficiency and security.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in IT infrastructure management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as an Infrastructure Analyst or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, networks, and databases.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a complex environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with eMD device deployment and management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, CCNA).
