HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their workflows and digital strategies, and provide expert guidance to drive their PXM initiatives.
- Digital Roadmaps: Collaborate with client teams to prioritize digital projects, design strategic roadmaps, and ensure that long-range digital planning aligns with business goals.
- Project Execution: Manage PXM-related systems improvement projects, including PIM, DAM, CMS, and e-commerce platforms. Collect and translate client requirements into actionable tasks for development and deployment.
- Technical Documentation: Document complex systems, business processes, and data integrations. Develop schemas and mappings between systems, and create technical specifications.
- Process Improvements: Work with internal teams to develop process improvements, create templates, and drive change management for both clients and internal teams.
ARE YOU A TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST ROCK STAR?
- Experience: Previous experience working with PIM platforms such as inRiver, Akeneo, or Salsify; DAM platforms like Aprimo or Bynder; and CMS platforms like Kentico, EpiServer, or Sitefinity.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of multi-tier web application development, 3rd party APIs, SDKs, and experience writing/interacting with SOAP and REST web services.
- Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing large datasets and working with Azure infrastructure and hosting.
- Consulting Experience: Comfortable working in a consulting environment, managing both billable and non-billable hours.
- Communication: Excellent communicator who can distill complex ideas into simple terms and present confidently to clients.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Master Data Management (MDM) Experience: Previous experience implementing MDM solutions.
- E-commerce Expertise: Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, implementations, and integrations.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams or projects, and manage client expectations successfully.
