  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

They are seeking a versatile Senior Associate to work in the Special Projects Group. The Special Projects Group leads cross-functional initiatives to increase revenue, mitigate risk, enhance operational efficiency, and drive change throughout the organization. Our team works closely with stakeholders across all Platforms (Real Estate, Capital, Growth, Impact, and TPG Angelo Gordon) and across business functions

Principal Responsibilities

• Assist with management of the portfolio of firmwide projects, including prioritization, resourcing, status reporting, and communication with senior management

• Understand the strategic objectives of the firm and ensure projects align with firm goals

• Serve as a primary advisor to business stakeholders during the project lifecycle and be the go-to for details and status updates on the project

• Collaborate with key stakeholders across business functions to identify and understand project impacts

• Establish end-to-end project structure, including planning, defining requirements, creating action plans, and resolving conflicts

• Coordinate with members of the project team, technology and business to ensure effective planning and execution of project tasks

o Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders and drive decisions

Requirements

• 4-6 years of full-time work experience in consulting, strategy, project management, business transformation, and/or other related fields.

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Financial services industry experience required
