Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for leading large-scale commercial construction projects? We are representing a premier General Contractor in Boston, well-regarded for delivering high-quality, complex commercial builds. They are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team and drive the successful execution of upcoming projects in the city.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will lead project teams, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and coordinate site activities with subcontractors and vendors. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in commercial construction project management and excels at balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling, from pre-construction through closeout
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication with all stakeholders
- Drive performance of project teams and provide direction to site supervisors
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on commercial construction
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects effectively and efficiently
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with project management software and scheduling tools
