Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in managing
Greenfield SAP S/4HANA Rise implementation projects. This role is responsible for
leading a full-cycle, large-scale Greenfield SAP S/4HANA Rise implementation from
planning through go-live, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that
project objectives are met on time and within budget. The Project Manager will
coordinate efforts across business and technical stakeholders, delivering a robust SAP
solution that aligns with business needs and supports digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA Rise
implementation project, ensuring alignment with the organization s strategic
goals.
Oversee project scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring adherence to project
deliverables, milestones, and quality standards.
Manage cross-functional project teams, including functional leads, technical
consultants, and business stakeholders, to drive a successful implementation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications,
providing regular status updates to executive leadership and steering
committees.
Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management,
and contingency planning, to ensure the project remains on track.
Facilitate requirements gathering and design workshops, ensuring alignment with
business processes and best practices in SAP S/4HANA Rise.
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as necessary to
ensure resolution and minimal impact on timelines.
Oversee testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and support data migration,
ensuring accuracy and consistency of information within the new system.

Drive change management, training, and end-user adoption strategies to ensure
smooth transition and successful go-live.
Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to support teams to ensure
operational continuity and optimal performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration,
Project Management, or related field; MBA or Master s degree is a plus.
Experience: 12+ years of experience in project management with at least 5
years managing SAP projects, and proven expertise in leading Greenfield SAP
S/4HANA Rise implementations.
SAP Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, specifically the Rise
offering, and strong understanding of SAP best practices for Greenfield
deployments.
Project Management Skills: Proven track record of delivering SAP projects on
time and within budget, with hands-on experience in project management
methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific SAP requirements and
regulatory standards relevant to the implementation.
Risk Management: Strong skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project
risks to ensure successful delivery.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with a
proactive approach to problem-solving and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Skills:
Project Management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar).
SAP Certification in S/4HANA or SAP Activate Methodology.
Experience with SAP Cloud ALM or Solution Manager for project tracking and issue resolution.
