Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
Architect to lead the design and deployment of EWM solutions within an SAP S/4HANA
Greenfield implementation. This role is critical in developing a robust warehouse and
supply chain solution that meets the unique demands of the telecommunications
industry. The SAP EWM Architect will design, integrate, and optimize warehouse
processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting efficient
logistics operations in a rapidly evolving telecom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architectural design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EWM as
part of a Greenfield SAP S/4HANA deployment, ensuring integration with other
SAP modules and third-party systems.
Design end-to-end solutions for warehouse management, including
inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, goods movement, and
material handling.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define
solutions that optimize warehouse operations, meeting telecom-specific inventory
and supply chain needs.
Ensure seamless integration between SAP EWM and other SAP modules (MM,
SD, QM) to enable streamlined warehouse processes and data flow.
Develop a roadmap for EWM, outlining deployment phases, project milestones,
and resource requirements.
Define strategies for automation, warehouse efficiency, and advanced warehouse
functionalities, such as labor management and transportation integration.
Oversee the development and execution of data migration, testing, and change
management plans, ensuring data integrity and successful go-live.
Provide leadership and guidance to the EWM project team, supporting best
practices and SAP Activate methodology throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Establish standards and governance for warehouse operations, ensuring
compliance with telecom industry regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,
Information Systems, or a related field; an MBA or Master s degree is a plus.
Experience: 8+ years of experience as an SAP EWM Architect, with a strong
background in S/4HANA implementations, ideally in Greenfield projects.
SAP Expertise: Proficiency in SAP EWM and S/4HANA, with a solid
understanding of SAP MM, SD, and QM modules and their integration points with
EWM.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in the telecommunications or high-tech
industry, with an understanding of telecom-specific supply chain processes.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP Fiori, ABAP, and automation tools for
warehouse optimization; knowledge of RFID and IoT integration is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective
communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced
environment.
Preferred Skills:
SAP EWM Certification and/or SAP S/4HANA Certification.
Experience with SAP BTP for advanced data integration and analytics.
Knowledge of Lean Warehouse Management and industry-standard project management methodologies.
