Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, primarily focusing on Sales and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects and integrating Salesforce with various systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect Salesforce solutions for Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead complex system integrations using tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and custom APIs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across Salesforce implementations.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including data management, security, and performance optimization.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to development teams.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce Architect.
- Proven experience in implementing 5+ Salesforce projects, particularly in Sales and Service Cloud.
- Strong expertise in integration technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Solid understanding of Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow.
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect (preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
