  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, primarily focusing on Sales and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects and integrating Salesforce with various systems. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect Salesforce solutions for Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead complex system integrations using tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, and custom APIs.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across Salesforce implementations.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including data management, security, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to development teams.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of IT experience, with a minimum of 5 years as a Salesforce Architect.
  • Proven experience in implementing 5+ Salesforce projects, particularly in Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Strong expertise in integration technologies (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flow.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
