What you will do:

• Provide best-fit Cloud Architecture solutions
• Assist in defining scope and sizing work
• Contribute to the long-term cloud strategy and vision by anticipating and identifying technology needs
• Collaborate with team members to design, plan, and implement the cloud strategy, placing emphasis on smooth transitions and maximum efficiencies
• Own and drive forward specific areas of technology and corresponding offerings
• Provide architectural assessments, strategies, roadmaps, designs, solutions, and implementation as it pertains to the EntraID, M365 E5, and EMS E3
• Provide expertise in Microsoft 365 components such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, for Business, and related technologies
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Microsoft 365 E5 environment, investigating and resolving complex technical issues, troubleshooting, and providing expert-level support to resolve critical incidents as they arise
• Implement robust security best practices and compliance measures
• Stay up to date on M365 E5 security features and recommend improvements to enhance security posture

What you will need to be successful:

• 5+ years of experience with systems architecture in the industry
• 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Architect designing, developing, delivering, and operating cloud solutions with a focus on architecting and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions
• Thorough understanding of M365 E5 licensing
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
• In-depth knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance standards in a Microsoft 365 context
