  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Required Skills:

The Trainer will be responsible for teaching Copilot 365 and other generative AI (GenAI) to Fund staff.

The role involves developing training materials, lesson plans, and collaborating with champions and representatives from various groups to ensure widespread adoption of Copilot 365 and related tools.

  • A Microsoft Trainer (O365 or SharePoint)
  • Has to be prepared for daily changes coming from MS for their new Copilot product.
  • Instructional design of the training at ALL Levels
  • Need someone Very Polished who has created training of MS products and setup/managed workshops, etc.
  • Notes: Take Out-of-the-box product, work with stakeholders at IMF (on a Persona-based approach different stakeholders will need different aspects, etc.), add instructional design
  • The manager has okay d hybrid: 3-days/week onsite BUT other managers convinced him that IF the person was perfect, they would consider fully remote.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Strong previous experience using and teaching the Microsoft 365 suite and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Prior experience in instructional design.
  • Prior experience in training on technical topics.
  • Experience planning and organizing training deliver in a learning management system like Workday Learning or similar.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint Online would be a PLUS.
  • GenAI and LLMs would be a PLUS.
