Supplier Relations Co-Op Coordinator

Onboarding Role (Supplier Verification)
Core Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Verification:
Compare orders against item lists to confirm alignment.
Review supplier email responses to verify the legitimacy of orders and their ability
to meet production commitments.
Organize and upload relevant documentation, including QA and certification
documents.

2. Remote Inventory Management:
Collaborate with businesses to secure appropriate credentialed access to their
digital warehousing platforms.
Audit and provide guidance on tracking sales and inventory movements.
Manually analyze and map SKU data across inventory platforms.
Conduct quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) checks for marketplace
businesses and suppliers.
Assist with Kickfurthers internal pre-funding checklist and warehouse reviews to
ensure readiness for funding.

3. Pre-transfer Coordination:
Ensure pre-transfer obligations are met, including bank linking and confirmation
of wire details.
Break down wire information for suppliers and businesses.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is required; completion of a
technical assessment will verify this.
Communication: Strong email communication skills (in English) and customer service
skills are essential for effective interaction with suppliers, businesses, and internal
teams.
Detail-Oriented: Ability to ensure meticulous compliance with policies and procedures.
Independence & Collaboration: Motivated self-starters will thrive, as the role requires
both independent work and teamwork.

Work Environment:
Hours: Availability to work from 9 AM to 5 PM EST is necessary.
