  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager that has skills and prior experience leading finance/accounting software implementations focused on Payment Processing solutions

This is a 3 month contract opportunity.

Ideal project manager candidate will be responsible for leading a team through the implementation of a new secure Payment Processing software solution within a global large Finance/Accounting organization. In this role, you will be leading and coordinating a project team that includes Developers, Customer Service Reps, Finance Team Analysts, IT Compliance Analysts, Software Vendor consultants and other key resources team members.

Responsibilities

  • Support, coordinate and lead a 3rd party payment processing solution through software implementation lifecycle from Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Build, Test to Go-Live and Post Production support
  • Identify and coordinate project schedules and project plans with project / program manages
  • Effectively communicate (written and verbal) with project stakeholders, IT management and business process owners
  • Communicate project statuses, risks and potential issues
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of proven IT project management experience
  • Software project management experience
  • Hands-on skills and experience with project management software tools; e.g. MS Project, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar
  • Proficient skills in project management methodologies; Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid
  • Ability to manage multi-task and multiple projects at a time
