QA Analyst

Job Title:- QA Analyst

EXP :- 10+

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, document, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts to ensure software quality across various platforms.
• Identify, document, and track defects or issues found during testing, and work with the development team to resolve them.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on web and mobile applications.
• Analyze requirements and design specifications to create effective test strategies and identify potential issues early in the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to understand requirements and technical implementations.
• Automate testing processes where applicable and maintain existing test automation frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews to provide feedback from a QA perspective.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies for software quality.
• Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• [X]+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a fast-paced development environment.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing.
• Experience with QA tools like JIRA, Selenium, Postman, or others as applicable.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and familiarity with SQL and database testing.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry-specific software, such as FinTech, e-commerce, etc.].
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.
• Certification in QA or software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE).
• Knowledge of security and compliance testing.
