Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Engagement Service Delivery Lead to partner with decision makers and stakeholders in the Hi-Tech sector. This role involves managing multiple diverse delivery teams globally and ensuring the overall health and growth of client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in service delivery and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

  • Bring in industry best practices and re-engineer processes to achieve self-service and lean operations.
  • Transform existing programs through innovative thinking and restructuring.
  • Modernize shared service design and deployment to unlock business value, elevating programs beyond administrative functions to a market differentiator.
  • Define, coordinate, and execute go-to-market strategies for both cloud and on-premise solutions.
  • Lead and represent the organization in RFI/RFP processes, collaborating with multiple teams to create compelling contract proposals.

Delivery and Operations Management:

  • Direct and manage senior Track Leads, Project Managers, and Delivery Leads for large-scale, complex global projects.
  • Engage in hands-on delivery management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with multiple support units.
  • Assess trade-offs between project complexity, cost, urgency, risk, and stakeholder value to maintain project success.
  • Resolve high-priority project risks and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders to drive projects forward.
  • Identify additional growth opportunities through effective networking and relationship management.

Knowledge Transfer and Acquisition Management:

  • Define project objectives, scope, roles, and responsibilities for acquisition projects.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, manage delivery timelines, and ensure satisfaction among all stakeholders.
  • Track project status and provide regular updates to key stakeholders while identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Billing and Vendor Management:

  • Efficiently manage vendor onboarding and keep stakeholders updated throughout the lifecycle.
  • Communicate onboarding processes and timelines, building strong relationships with vendor partners to improve service levels.
  • Reporting and Performance Measurement:
  • Responsible for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and Yearly Business Reviews (YBR) with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Go-To-Market (GTM) management to identify and measure successful and failing strategies for process improvement.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in a service organization within the technology industry.
  • 18-23 years of leadership experience managing multiple delivery teams globally.
  • Ability to manage geographically dispersed teams supporting regional markets.
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA in Operations preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation and complex IT environments.
  • Expertise in opportunity identification, root cause analysis, and process re-engineering.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office and Workspace.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, adaptable to a fast-paced global environment.
  • Black/Green Belt certification is a plus.
