Overview: Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join their team in Manhattan, NY. The ideal candidate will have previous call center experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Knowledge of CRM systems is required. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and assistance with inquiries, issues, and requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
