POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Director of Supply Chain will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the supply chain, from sourcing and procurement to logistics and fulfillment. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven ability to optimize processes, drive cost savings, and enhance customer satisfaction. They will work collaboratively across departments to ensure that supply chain operations align with and support company objectives.

OBJECTIVES

  • Create and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy that aligns with company growth and profitability goals.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and favorable terms
  • Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers domestically and worldwide.
  • Establish effective inventory practices to improve cash flow, minimize excess stock, and meet customer demands.
  • Lead digital initiatives to improve forecasting, decision-making, and overall supply chain visibility.
  • Develop policies to maintain regulatory compliance and mitigate supply chain risks.
  • Oversee logistics and distribution for efficient product delivery and cost reduction.
  • Align supply chain strategies with other departments to support company objectives and enhance cooperation.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure performance, promote accountability, and enable continuous improvement.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in supply chain strategy, logistics, procurement, and digital transformation.
  • Proven experience with data analytics, supply chain software, and ERP systems.
