  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

VP Quality Risk Management

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Overview:

Seeking an experienced leader to oversee the Quality Department and Medical Staff Services, guiding their strategic and operational goals toward excellence and financial stability. This role focuses on infection control, CMS compliance, performance improvement, and regulatory readiness, ensuring high standards in patient care and organizational compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement short- and long-term strategies aligned with facility objectives.
  • Oversee the Quality Department and Medical Staff Office, supporting operational efficiency and adherence to performance improvement methodologies.
  • Hire, evaluate, and manage a qualified team, ensuring compliance with Affirmative Action/EEO practices.
  • Maintain adherence to federal, state, and Joint Commission regulations, ensuring success in all regulatory surveys.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to address issues impacting the entire hospital.
  • Drive process improvements to reduce hospital-acquired infections and enhance patient safety.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of recent acute care quality leadership experience (Director-level experience preferred).
  • Bachelor's in Healthcare-related field (RN preferred); Master’s preferred.
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required (12-month grace period available).

Compensation:

  • Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 (based on experience)
  • Annual Bonus: Up to 15%, metrics-driven
