We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director. You will be part of our agile teams who accelerate our digital transformation and drive our automation expansion. This role focuses on automating and streamlining our processes while delivering innovative projects through Agile methodologies to enhance operations. The Director will oversee project execution, transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to ensure alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Set up and implement transformation frameworks for use of automation technologies for process improvement and agile methodologies, including establishing guardrails, governance, and enablement plans to ensure successful adoption and scaling of new ways of working.
- Educate and coach teams across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding and effective implementation.
- Manage the delivery of complex projects using AI, automation, and digital technologies.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and optimize resource utilization.
- Oversee the development and implementation of tools, processes, and frameworks to drive continuous improvement in product delivery.
- Act as a champion for Agile processes, coaching teams on best practices and driving a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Utilize data and AI-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimizing operational efficiency and project outcomes.
- Support business units in identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration to improve operational processes.
- In partnership with Enterprise Project Management Office, support financial planning, including project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Foster a culture of innovation by staying current on industry trends in AI, Agile practices, and project management methodologies.

Requirements
- Proven experience in supporting Agile transformations, operations, and large-scale project management.
- Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies, with experience in applying them to business operations.
- Extensive experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to drive complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and mentor team members.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, as well as advanced knowledge of data analytics tools for decision-making.
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft ADO, and SharePoint
- Bachelor’s degree. Certifications in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe), Process Mining (e.g., Celonis), AI (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, GPT models) are a plus
- Required, 5+ years of experience in financial services, banking or mortgage industries.
- Preferred, previous experience in managing operations in technology-driven environments, including AI and automation.
